CONSULTATION
Available by phone or Skype, ATLAS BILLING & COLLECTIONS will consult with your clinic and strategically find solutions that work best for you. Upon purchase and enrollment, our staff will personally visit your clinic to shadow your practice for evaluation.
EHR TEMPLATE ENROLLMENT & DESIGN
Based on the needs of your clinic, ATLAS BILLING & COLLECTIONS will generate an easy-to-use EHR template. This template will allow you to simply CLICK on your frequently used phrases, speeding up the process of creating notes and giving you ample time for patient care.
BILLING
ATLAS BILLING & COLLECTIONS will handle all billing for your clinic, including personal injury and workers' compensation claims. We do all the work: submitting HCFAs, receiving EOBs, inputting payments, patient billing, etc.
REIMBURSEMENT & COLLECTION
Receive payment on claims in a timely manner and create a sense of financial consistency. In the unfortunate event of patient non-payment, we will send delinquent accounts to collections on your behalf. Having the ability to direct patients to contact ATLAS BILLING & COLLECTIONS absolves you of any patient communication regarding billing.
